- Shipping costs are calculated based on your UK delivery address.
3. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver your premium pillows and bedding within 3-5 working days. Sometimes things happen—weather, courier delays—but we'll always keep you informed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your requested address.
4. Returns and Warranties
For hygiene reasons, bedding and mattresses can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging. We take sleep safety seriously.
